Do the Homestead residents want a sidewalk on Evergreen Avenue or not?
If so, is 5 feet ok? Or is it just better that 6 feet; or do you think
4 feet wide is sufficient enough for a sidewalk on Evergreen Avenue,
especially at the areas of the street where the right-of-way is of
substandard widths causing a concern for safety while traveling this
street: This question is concerning motor vehicles, bicycles,
wheelchairs, dogs and their walkers or anyone else who would not use
the sidewalk for valid reasons if it was installed?
